Common Grounds

The Warranty Deed dated 09/27/2004 provides whole access to what is deem the "Common Grounds." The Pine Crest Community has ownership rights and the YRLC Community has unimpeded access rights  to the Common Grounds.  Appropriate and Respectful use of the Common Grounds with an emphasis on safety is expected of all residents and their invited guess.
