The Joint Motion document provides the established guidelines as adjudicated by Stillwater District Court for maintaining the Pine Crest Road between the two homeowner associations, namely Pine Crest HOA and Yellowstone River HOA as expressed in the Joint Motion document dated 07/19/2010.
